The Ace Kit 2010-3 is a complete exhibit solution designed to simplify event setup while delivering a polished, professional presence. This all-in-one package combines a large pop up display, a functional trade show case that converts into a podium, and a versatile trade show monitor stand to create a cohesive booth that is easy to transport, quick to install, and ready for a wide range of environments. From trade shows and conferences to corporate events and promotional activations, this kit helps you present your brand with clarity and confidence.
At the center of the setup is a 20ft x 8ft EasyFabric flat pop up display that provides a strong visual backdrop without adding complexity. The custom dye-sublimated fabric graphic stays attached to the frame with hook-and-loop fasteners even when collapsed, helping reduce setup time and keep the display organized between events. The pop up mechanism allows one person to assemble the backdrop in minutes. Optional LED lighting can be added to increase visibility in larger or crowded venues.
Rounding out the kit is a Premium Carry All Case 3.0 that protects your display during transit and converts into a practical trade show podium on site, complete with interior shelving for storage or demonstrations. A Pearl 2.0 trade show monitor stand adds space for digital content, presentations, or interactive displays, expanding how you engage attendees. Ordering a quick pop table was our first experience working with Ace Displays and it was a very pleasant one. We are ahead of our deadline but even if we were close they would have met our needs. The graphic was very nice quality and the though the table was initially damaged in shipping they quickly responded to our request for support and are replacing it.
Everyone I have worked with including Kristen and Joel have been incredibly kind, patient and very very helpful in getting us what we need and made it very easy.
We are hopeful to order again!

I recently ordered a full event display set (backdrop, floor stand and counter) and the team at Ace Displays was great! I got the help I needed with my design and their customer support team was really responsive with the shipping changes that I needed to make at the last minute. The items turned out better than I expected and everyone at my team is happy with the result. I would recommend them 10/10 and will use them again in the future.

I love Ace Displays. The quality was top tier. The backdrop worked like a charm!
But besides what I received, the customer service was amazing. You are not greeted with a robot or anything like that. A human is ready to assist you with your questions and order. They ship fast! (you do have to pay for expedited but it's worth it)
I could not recommend Ace Displays enough!
